All OHSU members can access Office on the web at.Microsoft Office 2019 is installed on most OHSU-managed Windows and Mac machines.Microsoft Office 365 is a subscription service that provides product and service licensing to Teams, OneDrive, and Apps for enterprise that provide the cloud version of the Office desktop applications that you’re already familiar with, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. After leaving PSU, students have a grace period of one year until their Microsoft account and the Microsoft Office suite is disabled. The suite is also available for free to all active students, faculty, and staff. The Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is installed and available on all University workstations. School of Public Health graduate students have free access to the Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 through options at both OHSU and PSU.
